There are many ways you can volunteer with us. In the warehouse, from your own home, during set shifts, or pop-in when you have an hour or two to spare. We welcome any contribution you can make.
Our volunteer roles
Order Agent
Up to 2hrs each shift
Role: Coordinating, processing, and tracking gift orders.
Sort Master
Up to 2hrs each shift
Role: Sorting, bundling and categorising clothes, linen, toys, books and other donated items.
Home Helper
Flexible
Role: Completing admin tasks, sewing and knitting projects, and other tasks from your home.
Gift Artist
Up to 2hrs each shift
Role: Picking, beautifully presenting, and gift packaging special gift packs and orders.
Handy Human
Up to 2hrs each shift
Role: Safety checks, cleaning, painting, and repairing donated items.
Collection Queen
Up to 2hrs each shift
Role: Greeting donors and collecting donations, safety checks and quality checks.
Gift Giver
Up to 2hrs each shift
Role: Greeting service providers at the warehouse and dispatching their gift orders.
Admin Angel
Flexible
Role: Completing admin tasks, either from our warehouse, or from your home.
